Suspension and Cancellation of Your Subscription

FXTradingVision holds the rights of suspension or cancellation of your subscription/membership without any further notice or refund in case of:

  • Copying and reselling our signals.
  • Spamming the admin of our channels, groups, or social media.
  • Use of any form of bad or abusive language.

Technical Malfunction

FXTradingVision doesn’t compensate for technical malfunctions on our systems that prohibit your use of our services.

You are solely responsible for determining whether any investment, investment strategy, or related transaction is appropriate for you based on your personal investment objectives, financial circumstances, and risk tolerance. Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is solely applicable to orders placed on the website https://fxtradingvision.com or via a Stripe link sent through a communication platform. This Refund Policy is NOT applicable to losses incurred by yourself on an FX broker account.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the date on which you received the service. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, You must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. Please note that this policy does not apply to:

  • Discounted / Sale items
  • Custom-made items

All discounted / sale and custom-made items are nonrefundable unless otherwise specified in writing by FXTradingVision.

Breaches of These Terms and Conditions

Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, or if we reasonably suspect that you have breached these terms and conditions in any way, we may:

  • Send you one or more formal warnings;
  • Temporarily suspend your access to our website;
  • Permanently prohibit you from accessing our website;
  • Block computers using your IP address from accessing our website;
  • Contact any or all of your internet service providers and request that they block your access to our website;
